Faye Barron

Employment Law Advisor

Faye joined the Advice Line Team at Empire HR in March 2008.  Prior to her role as Employment Law Advisor she gained valuable HR, Employee Relations and line management experience in a number of different sectors including Facilities Management, the Oil & Gas Industry, the Travel Industry and the Public Sector.


Faye studied Human Resource Management and Business Law at Stirling University where she also completed her CIPD qualification, now being a Chartered member of the CIPD.


Outside work Faye enjoys being dragged on muddy walks by her 10-year-old Springer Spaniel Dill.  Faye spends most of her weekends persuading her 10-year-old Step-Son to eat fruit and vegetables and attending concerts to support her partner when he plays drums and percussion in various orchestras and bands across the North East.  Having recently moved house and now expecting her first baby in March 2010, Faye certainly likes to keep busy!
