Karen Nicol

Business Development Executive

Karen Nicol looks after Business Development for Empire HR.  She has 24 years experience developing business mainly in the Recruitment Industry.  She has worked for National agencies such as  Manpower,  Aptus and Kelly Services where she received excellent training in Management, Business Development and Recruitment Practice.  Recently she headed up the Recruitment Team for Petrofac.  As business needs changed, Karen found that her job had been done at Petrofac and joined Empire in June 2009 to Assist Steve Cook CEO with Marketing and Business Development.


Karen lives in Aberdeen with her partner Kenny and has three children, ages 31, 29 and 16.  She enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren.
