Richard Prentis joined our Employment Law team to head up our Employment Tribunal Advocacy Unit in May 2009.

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has extensive experience in representing businesses before the Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal. Having advised and represented businesses ranging from sole practitioners through to SME’s and Blue Chip companies, we can effectively represent all of our clients in contentious matters no matter what the issues may be.

Having the ability to support clients through to the tribunal stage is invaluable to clients, and Richard is proving to be a popular addition to the team.

In addition to tribunal work, Richard also supports the Advice Line team and advises clients on HR and employment law issues.

Richard is a father of three young daughters, and therefore spends his weekends either playing crazy golf, bowls or reluctantly being dragged around the shops.
