Sara Cowie

Employment Law Advisor

Sara joined Empire HR in May 07 from her previous role as an HR Advisor for an aviation company. As an Employment Law Advisor working as part of our Advice Line team, Sara has wide ranging experience in HR, line management and employee development from careers in both the public and private sector including the Prison Service and tourism.  In her role with Empire HR,  Sara provides comprehensive, commercially focused advice on a wide range of issues with expertise in the area of disciplinary and grievance, absence management and performance management. 


Sara is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.  She lives locally with her partner Allan. Her personal interests include travelling, sampling different restaurants and keeping fit.  She is also an avid reader of crime novels!
